Due to the nature of our products, all sales of sound kits and other digital goods are final. Once your purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered, there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges available under any circumstances. Once delivered, there’s no possible way to return digital goods, so we are unable to offer exceptions to this policy.
